How to remove "strikethrough" from expired messages?
When setting a retention policy on an Outlook folder, one of the actions available is to"mark as past retention limit." Thisflags affected items by putting a line (strikethough) across the message entry and changing the font type to a "grey'd out" looking color. If you open the message it says "Thismessage expired on...." at the top of the message. My question is, can this be un-done? I can't see how and i've been asked to remove the expired mark for some Outlook folder items. All advice/help is appreciated.jimEx2k7 SP1, service rollup 6.
